A New Event Experience
Brief and goals
Turning medical congresses into an innovative and engaging experience for professionals in the sector: this is the brief with which the pharmaceutical company Janssen, part of the Johnson & Johnson Group, present in 150 countries, has hired Softec.
Located at the entrance of the Janssen stand, Pepper detects the presence of the people approaching him and starts engaging them. Softec has developed 3 Customer Journeys, corresponding to as many mix of dialogues and gestures, which are activated by interactions and interlocutor responses.
Pepper welcomes guests, gathers information on their knowledge and expertise of the company and invites them to go deeper.
Pepper offers a moment of fun, asking doctors to take a selfie with him to remember the day.
Each participant is invited to answer to a short survey about the theme of the congress and to register to the Janssen Pro portal.
An ambitious challenge
Engage the doctors attending the conferences through a personalized experience, profile them and generate new contacts.
THE PILOT EVENT
“TREAT TO TARGET: IBD and beyond” Congress – 10th-11th November 2016 – Lido di Camaiore (LU) ITALY
Sector doctors, specialized in auto-immune diseases. IBD: Inflammatory Bowel Disease.
Pepper will be present in all Janssen events scheduled for 2017. His functions will be customized, basing on the characteristics of each single conference.
