A Digital Platform at the service of Distribution
Brief and goals
Streamline the ecosystem and design a single digital platform to integrate three pre-existing websites, dedicated to as many different targets: dealers, company fleets and Goodyear.
In the product distribution cycle, the new platform had to play a strategic role: providing fast access to tire demand, constantly monitoring the warehouse and providing all data and statistics related to transactions.
Workflow Innovation
Simplifying the Customer Experience was the key challenge of the project. Thanks to an intuitive interface and process optimization, the daily activities of dealers and the management of company fleets became radically more efficient.

The new platform was developed after an analysis of the real needs of the stakeholders involved, to offer each target a relevant tool for warehouse management and monitoring of distribution and revenue.
