Innovation runs fast in Dallara Academy
Brief and goals
Dallara, world-renowned icon brand specialised in design, development and production of racing cars, asked Softec’s support to give Dallara Academy a digital soul. Thus was born “Future Building”, with a marked technological DNA, strongly desired by the founder Giampaolo Dallara.
The structure houses different souls that come alive through architecture and technology in the different functions of the building: the link with the surrounding territory, the importance of training, conveying a great passion for cars, design and sport racing.
Digital Innovation Management
As a Digital & Technology Advisor, Softec supported Dallara by supervising many digital aspects of Dallara Academy, orchestrating technologies and suppliers on the subject of digital collaboration, edutainment and entertainment.
From choosing Cisco’s Digital Collaboration systems to selecting suppliers for audio and video touchpoints, until the installation inside the building, each aspect has been designed to drive passion for technology and innovation, building, through digital, a thriving and educational visit experience for visitors and students.
Digital Edutainment & Entertainment
Whoever walks into Dallara Academy prepares to dive into the history of cars through a path of video-installations and interactive digital touchpoints that amplify the emotional tale of the great milestones in Dallara’s sports history.
Dallara Academy also offers a space dedicated to schools and the “Racing Car Design” university course from MUNER, that technology turned into an amusing and stimulating learning touchpoint, a real digital edutainment path.
Digital transformation also involved the Auditorium, an area designed to host conferences, meetings, presentations and team building activities accommodating 350 people, characterised by the presence of technology elements and set up with a 7mx2m videowall.
