Softec S.p.A.’s Governance structure is founded on an organisational model focused on maximum transparency. In fact, aside from the traditional organs of control, the Board of Statutory Auditors and Auditing Firm, the Committee for Internal Control and the Remuneration Committee, both of which presided over by Independent Directors, have been set up within the Board of Directors.

Within this body laws, regulations and norms are published that regulate the organisational and political processes that govern the way in which the company is managed and administered.

These Governance documents are an effective tool for increasing the value of the company and protecting employees, as well as guaranteeing the transparency of processes.
